How the calculation works

For a simple planning estimate, multiply project volume by the selected cement requirement in kg per cubic metre, then divide by bag size. Use the actual mix specification for ordering and structural work.

Example: choose the project volume, select a mix assumption and compare the estimated bags with your supplier specification.

Check the drawing, dimensions, openings, mix or product specification and local supplier units. For structural work, follow the project engineer's specification rather than an online estimate.
